I write the communications that help people inside a company understand what's changing, why it matters, and what they're being asked to do.
I've spent 20 years in corporate communications at Accenture, Ascension, and Oracle, most of it on the hard part: the rollout nobody asked for, the new system that replaces the one people liked, the message that has to reach a warehouse floor or a hospital unit as clearly as it reaches the executive suite. I'm a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional, and I'm a journalist by training, which means I verify before I write and I lead with the news.
I'm also a published author. My memoir, The Luck We Carry, taught me something that shapes every change project I take on: people don't resist change so much as grieve what it replaces. The communications that work name what's ending before they explain what's next.

How I work
I listen before I write. The first thing I do on any engagement is find out what your people have already heard, what they're worried about, and who they trust. Then I write for them, in plain language, with no corporate filler. You'll get clean drafts on arrival and a collaborator who tracks the details so you don't have to.
